In September 2023, we became employee-owned. Now, instead of a parent company or shareholders, we’re a team of equal owners. With a rich history that dates back to 1998, being owned by an Employee Ownership Trust means we will continue to retain and preserve the values that underpin our culture while charting a clear path forward.
